Description of Work: Connected sewer pipe to house. Gave us a blank bill that just stated services rendered. Ask owner for an itemized bill to give landlord to be paid back. Woman who ran company said she would email a copy to me. I gave email address to her. Never got bill so landlord did not give us back the full amount back. Tried calling multiple times left messages never to receive a call back or an itemized bill.

+ -1 moreThis was a small leak in a common drain pipe that passes between my condo and the one below me. It was very hard to detect but I observed Michael Evans (the owner) work diligently and patiently till he found it and made the repair. Be sure you don't confuse this with the other Affordable Plumbing since their name does not include heating and air at the end. I totally trust this company because I watched his every move for about 2 hours and found him to be impeccably honest. I do not know how much he charged since I am in a home owners association and they paid the bill. However I will get a quarterly statement from them with the charge on it as part of the total expenses for the association.
Description of Work: He was able to repair a leaking drain pipe in my 2nd floor condo that was dripping down on to the carpet of the condo right below me. I was able to observe him for at least 2 hours and was very impressed with what I saw.
