The job went great. After having so many bad experiences with other people and jobs, I couldn't believe I could have such a good experience for a change.
Description of Work: They tore down a 12X14 ft. house made out of extremely heavy wood. They hauled it over a creek. They also removed some old iron posts that had been in the yard in concrete for 50 years that numbers of workmen have refused to try to remove. This was not apart of the deal that I was paying them for. They offered to do this for free. After toiling to try to get the posts to budge, they came back several times to finish the job - after I had already paid them - and it was not even apart of the deal. I don't think I've ever seen a harder working man than Ray Clary. He was extremely considerate and polite. I would hire him for anything he can do. Also, his assistant, Jackie, literally got down on her hands and knees and scraped the remaining foundation (after they had hauled the lumber away) to get it as swept as clean as she could. This was also never even discussed in the deal. Frankly, I was blown away with them.
