[Member Name Removed] I am deeply regretful that you were so dissatisfied with the price that was given to you for the tree work that was to be done at your residence. I was informed by our estimator that the tree was in a bad position literally. The tree was extremely dead, and we were very concerned about something getting damaged. It was being held up by a tree in the neighbors yard. There were concerns on our end and circumstances that made this type of job more difficult for us. Likewise, when I spoke with you on the phone, you mentioned that a tree company you had hired had not shown up to actually perform the work. I want to reassure you that our prices are extremely competitive. We are a fully licensed and insured company. Also, when we commit to a customer for a scheduled time, we do show up. We do not neglect them. Again, I am truly regretful you were not satisfied with the price. Our estimator felt for the amount of time our crew would be at your residence, for the variables that surrounded the tree work, and for the amount of debris we would be hauling away, our price was certainly fair.
