Description of Work: In 2007/2008 Robin was recommended to us as we searched for our first home. From that experience the word that comes to mind is patience. I think we reviewed 60+ homes online and Robin physically showed us at least half that before we decided on our home. As expected, she was responsive, helpful, thorough in researching home values and neighborhoods, and always approachable. I remember interviewing another realtor at the time who was more interested in showing us all the homes she had sold rather than understanding our wants/needs and helping to connect us. This is where Robin shined. | |Fast forward 8 years and a job change was taking us out of the area. As part of the "moving package" with my new company we were required to utilize the services of a different realtor who ultimately was not able to sell our home. We decided we wanted to rent the home for a time and tried to do this on our own without success. | |Around this time I came across Robin's contact information again remembering that she also had experience with investment properties. After reconnecting we utilized her services to find a new tenant, which she was able to find several within a couple weeks. Ultimately there was an unforeseen issue with the first tenant that qualified requiring Robin to jump back into action. She was able to find another tenant within a couple days and had them in the house within two weeks, which was mutually beneficial to all parties. She is always delivering above and beyond our expectations. | |Recently it was time to find a new tenant again; so, of course we called Robin. This time we discussed selling or renting. She performed market analyses for both options and ultimately put the house on the market for "sale or lease"; it rented in two days. She takes care of the background and credit checks, tenant interviews, and contracts. Before putting the house on the market, she went through and took care of having the locks changed, did a little bit of cleaning/tidying up, checking light bulbs, and smoke alarms. She even helped clean up and deodorize the front entrance that smelled of smoke from the previous tenants so that potential renters / buyers were not "put off". As we are now several thousand miles away, we have peace of mind with Robin as an integral part of our team. | |As others have mentioned, she is kind, helpful, patient, empathetic, and meticulous. Whether renting, buying, selling, or investing, she has the experience and "know how" to insure success with any venture.
