+ -1 moreI was unhappy with another alarm company who raised my monthly rate so I called Security One. I talked to the owner on the phone and he set a time to come out to inspect my home so he could give me a quote for their service. When he got to my house,he inspected my alarm system, acted in a very professional manner,and quoted me a fair monthly rate. When I told him I wanted to switch to Security One,he called his technician to come to the house and make the changeover. When the technician arrived,I called my old alarm company and had their service terminated. Security One activated my service to them the same day. Both the technician and company owner were very polite and thanked me for being their new customer. I am very satisfied with Security One Security.
Description of Work: Changed house alarm system to Security One. Cost shown above is monthly rate including tax.

Description of Work: I recently purchased a new home in the San Antonio Area and contacted Security one to do an estimate. The owner of the company showed up and conducted a through walkthrough and explained what services his company could provide and his security background. After about thirty minutes he drafted up an estimate and I scheduled an install appointment. Once the installer showed up I was impressed by his professionalism and frank candor. The company not only installed the latest security system but also removed two previous obsolete systems that were in the house when we bought it. Upon completion of the install the technician gave me a through walkthrough of the whole system and even ran me through some basic security scenarios to ensure i felt comfortable with the system. Additional the company setup my system with total connect which allows me to monitor all my house actives to include arm / dis arm my system from my Smartphone. Security one is a great local company who prides itself on customer service, you could go with a larger nationwide company and become just another number or you could go with a local company who strives to provide excellent service at a reasonable cost. I am very satisfied with Security Once and would recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe have not had any problems. They have always been good. Part of our contract is maintenance on the alarm system and they have always been very good about that. We added on to our home about 8 years ago and they sent a tech right out who added on the extra alarms. They have been very easy to work.

+ -1 moreSecurity One does an excellent job. There are not enough good things we can say about them. We had an incident where someone tried to break into our home and the company came through. They had the authorities out here immediately and the would be thieves were caught.

The price was very reasonable because we did a comparison with other alarm system companies. The wiring was installed before the house was completely built by our builders. They also installed censor lights and it only took a day to install the system.
