I fired him because he became irresponsible. He suddenly would go off and I would know where he was or what he was going to do and he couldn't be reached for a week or month and he did three times and on the third time I said that was the last straw and the third time he did it he took my weed whacker with him and he asked to use it for two hours and he was gone with it about 10 days. So it must have been last year while we still had weed which would have been what like in the summer time. I had just disintegrated and disintegrated. It would go along beautifully. He did some very nice things for me and he was like a cow that gives rich milk and then kicks over the bucket every now and then. He didn't have an appointment with me and then I called him, I couldn't get in touch with him and this happened two times, not close together, and then the first time he said he came by and asked to borrow my weed whacker and he wanted it for couple of hours and he came back with it in about two weeks while he starting calling about 10 or 12 days later to explain what had happened, I guess and then he finally came back with it about two weeks and I don't have a car, which means I couldn't go buy a new weed whacker easily and then I noticed that a number of things that he could have done better. I would not use him again.

He is honest and dependable. I like working with him. He has his own way of doing things. He is very good. He was not available when I called him. I did not call anybody else I waited for him to be available.

He is a wonderful, hardworking, and honest man. He doesn't smoke on my property which I appreciate. The only downside is he doesn't have his own truck. He prefers to do carpentry work, but will do other things too. I used him for about 2 years and always paid him cash.
