Description of Work: We worked with Steve Hunter, our broker. He guided us through establishing a selling price, which turned out to be accurate, and kept us informed every step of the way during the process. His work was unnecessarily complicated by the ineptness of the buyers who managed to delay the closing by taking actions without thought as to the consequences. He handled this very capably, and kept giving us the details by e-mail and phone because we had moved out of state after the initial closing date was set. He stayed very professional throughout all the difficulties encountered and handled all the problems so we had no worries or concerns throughout the entire procedure.
