Wonderful service! I called about a dozen plumbers before I hired Atlas. I had quotes ranging from $2500 and down, and they did the job for $265. It took them about an hour. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They communicated openly with me about costs, ETA, etc. VERY easy to work with and they did a great job.

Riley Dean had digging done on my rental property. I was there when only diggers were present and pipe in front yard was exposed. PVC 40 pipe was in perfect condition, no signs of leak. This digging of 20 feet was not necessary. Three days later I returned and there was a hole in pipe. Riley said that there was a hairline fracture that cracked when he stepped on it. He said there was a belly in front yard and he may have to do additional digging. He may have to charge more but he would let me know. Later he found that he could charge me more for additional digging under foundation and said he was not concerned about the belly in front yard. Riley replaced pipe under foundation and stated that the kitchen pipe was lower and could not be attached to the pipe he replaced. He would have to dig 15 more feet and charge add'l $7,700 to adjust kitchen pipe. I was upset and he lowered price to $5,800. How could kitchen pipe not be attached when pipe was attached before he replaced the other pipe. I contacted other plumbers and they stated he used short elbow instead of long elbow. I asked Riley for a breakdown of price he charged on original contract for tunneling, trenching and flow fill. I wanted to know the separate cost for trenching, flow fill and tunneling so I could compare the original contract price to the additional tunneling price. Riley said he normally charges $550.0 per foot for tunneling and flow fill. That made no sense since multiplying 550.00 x 62 feet equal to double the price of original contract. I asked again for an honest breakdown but he refused. I terminated contract because I no longer trusted him. I felt Riley was trying to find ways to get more money. I mailed a letter stating reasons for termination and requesting partial refund since only digging was performed and I need the money to pay another plumber. I requested a refund for half of the $7,865.00 deposit but have not yet received a cent. Only received release of contracts from lawyer.

Fabulous! I would use this company again and highly recommend it to anyone. Called home warranty because of clogged drain. Initial company never called so I called the home warranty company again and they contacted Riley who said he would call me when he got back to the office. That man kept his word. He did not return to his office until 9 pm but he called and listened to all the details. He said he could come out on Saturday afternoon. He called Saturday afternoon and showed up around 4pm. This is the day before Easter. He worked and worked and worked on that clog. He used a Jetter and explained the problem with the clog and offered some good general advice. If you need a plumber, this man is a man of his word and is honest. Who gets to say they found a good plumber who is honest. We do and so will you if you use him!
