Excellent! They were here exactly when they said they would be. Both electricians were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. The cost was about 1/2 of what I was anticipating. Very Pleased.

Called when they left their shop to give a heads up first thing in the morning. Over the phone estimate was on the dot. Finished within an hour like they said they would. Also, asked about cost and best way to go about changing out the breaker box and rewiring the whole house. Took pictures and wrote down specifics to get back with me with a bid.

All repairs went very well. Steve and Tommy were courteous, very knowledgeable and worked diligently to resolve our problems. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash. Did a great job! We would definitely call Waterman Electric if we have another electrical problem. The cost was reasonable, in fact, lower than we were expecting. Extremely satisfied and delighted that the $49. first service trip charge was waived because of being an Angie's List member.

The two man team arrived promptly and began moving quickly to resolve my problems. I had to leave the home because some of the toggle switches that I had purchased were incorrect. They were not here to repair the dusk-to-dawn light but once the saw it they wrote down what I needed to purchase so that they could get it repaired also. Both of the electricians were courteous, polite, professional, helpful, trustworthy, and fast. They answered all of my questions and kept their focus on what I needed the most. I will definitely use Waterman Electric in the future.

It was fantastic. I’d recommend them. They were professional and did a good job. I haven’t had any worst part. It’s only been good. They’re responsive. When I called for appointment, they get here as soon as they can. They’re very communicative. They asked if there’s anything else we needed to get done. We’d ask questions and they would answer our questions. They were good people. Any other work that we would need for electricity, they are the ones we’re going to get to do job.

We called first thing in the morning and 2 men were here within a few hours. They checked out breaker box to make sure it was ok. They determined out generator was the cause of the surge and they told us how to prevent it in the future.

I had Waterman come rewire plugs for a house my daughter and room mate were moving into. They came out and did a good job at a reasonable price. During the time they were writing up the invoice, the room mate was moving furniture into the house, and my daughter said the 2nd electrician helped them move some of the furniture inside! Outstanding customer service!

They responded quickly and professionally. After we explained problem, they got to work, found the faulty connection and repaired the line. As of this date everything is working fine. I will definitly use them in the future.

Repair persons arrived at 304 W 24th street on time, explained the problem, gave me a discount for being on Angie's list, did the job in less than 40 minutes and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

The two workers showed up on time and did the whole job in about an hour or so. They did a good job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We also were a little unsure about the wiring in the home. All of the old wiring was supposed to have been replaced, but we were novices and wanted to know for sure. Not only did Mr. Waterman and his staff wire the home for a dryer, they hooked up the dryer hose and clamps, and then Mr. Waterman inspected the electric panel and the wiring in the home to make sure the wiring was appropriate. We felt much better about the safety of the wiring in the house after he left. Mr.Waterman and his staff were friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.

All work done flawlessly, quick and efficient. Labor was scheduled and electricians were on time for their appointment. Journeyman electrician was at site and led project.

Everything went fine. i explained the problem (tripping beaker) showed them where the line was and they found and repaired the multiple splices in the line which had been done on original owner.
