+ -1 moredid a horrible job initially when they came out. then when they were supposed to come back out they didn't show. next time they were scheduled to come out they were late and did an equally horrible job as the first time.

+ -1 morecame back once, removed large cage-like trap, put in sticky traps and never returned. I then put in two snap traps, caught two rats & problem was solved.
