Description of Work: I contacted them to fix a Genie Opener that would not open or close all the way and had a dangling chain along the belt drive in Sept of 2013. They also replaced the by-the-door opener saying that was the problem and did something to the belt chain although you can't read the ticket to know what was done for a total cost of $120 (the new part was $25). Less then nine months later the same problem reoccurs. I contacted the maker and was told that with a dangling chain you must take down the track and adjust the tension on the belt. This was not done in Sept. The owner said they had done their job and as long as there was not a problem with the by-the-door opener they would do nothing.
