Description of Work: Woke up Sunday morning to 79 degrees. Was goning to be 104 that day as forcasted. At 9am started calling A/C companies. Contacted 6 before I could get one to agree to come out before 2pm. One actually told my that since I did not have a service contract with them I would have to wait till Monday. Well, the TDI tech called back in around 10 min. Said she would be there in about 30-45 min. WAS there in about 25 min. My A/C was up and running in about 15min. I purchased a service package from them also at 154.00. So my total for the repair was 173.45.

 + -1 moreThe first technician they sent out did not have a clue. I complained, and they sent another technician who told me the duct work was blocked. I knew he was wrong, so I took apart the coil, and it was 50% blocked. I do not recommend this company.
Description of Work: I had called them to service my air conditioner after I suspected there was a problem with a clogged evaporator coil.
