+ -1 moreMy own vendor came out and failed both of the systems (5T and 3T). They had leaks everywhere. They also had "field repaired" the down valve by soldering it, this valve is a replacable part not repairable or recoverable. Both of the system evaporator coils were rusted and leaking, and by my vendor's opinion should have been replaced years ago. Superior owner stood behind his technicians and would do nothing. Another AHS Warranty company came out a total of four times to effect all repairs to an obviously NOT MAINTAINED system, that had been under annual service contract by the previous owner for 8 years.
Description of Work: Came out and said there was no problems with the system. He had been provider for 8 years. He is totally incompetent.
