 + -1 moreVery, very disappointed!!!! They were scheduled to lay the tile; did not show up or call!!! I waited one week and called. He said he would check on the problem and call me right back. That was 2 weeks ago!! My contractor also called and never got a call back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! I will never use them or recommend them!!!!!!

 + -1 moreThey are very professional, very prompt. They got the job done when they said they were going to get the job done. So I thought they were very good. They asked if they could come in and do the floor after the the painting had been done.
Description of Work: Southwest Floor-Carpet One. We had the floors in the whole house done. That was to take up the old carpet, we had all the carpet removed and put down the floor.
