The owner provided the pest control services. He was always very polite, accommodating, professional and punctual. My only complaint was control of indoor bugs was never achieved. They were always willing to come back and spray as many times as I requested and were always very pleasant and professional.
Description of Work: Performed pest control by spraying perimeter of house and placing food in rat boxes.

The experience was exceptional, and will definitely use the company again! Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Extremely professional, fair and knowledgeable. Assisted my mom with a potentially serious bug infestation. Arrived as promised, was thorough and went the extra mile to help educate and provide other information. Very fair!

I like the friendliness of the person doing the work. I like that they don't try to push extra treatments or treatments that are more dangerous to the environment. They do what is needed instead of doing extra. We don't have trouble with insects. After I moved into the house I had a problem with termites and he was very prompt to get here to take care of it. I don't know how the price compares.
Description of Work: I use Smith's Environmental for pest control. They do quarterly treatments.
