We have nothing but good things to say about Salgado Painting. Their work is excellent and Mr. Salgado exceeded expectations. He and his crew were very polite and professional. The ceilings look great and so do the walls. The drywall work in the bathroom was a challenge because of a recessed skylight. Mr. Salgado rose to the challenge and the bathroom look wonderful.

I called on a Friday to make an appt for an estimate and Mr. Salgado said he would call and come by on Monday. Because of previous reviews, I went ahead and called again on Monday and he came right out. He asked a lot of questions about what we wanted and gave me a very reasonable price. He took the doors with him to paint at his place and had them ready to hang about the same time he had guessed they would be ready. He spent a lot of time getting the doors just right and did a great job. We have several other doors to be repainted and will be hiring him soon to do those jobs. Also hope to use him to paint rooms in the future.

They did a great job. They were very prompt, and got the job done within the timeframe he had initally specified. I'm very happy with the job they did. They were very clean. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

He finally called about two weeks after I left a message to call. |When he did come he did not find the address and don't think he tried very hard. So he really did not even make the appointment.

I never was contacted by Salgado Painting after my inital call to him.

After contacting four or five painters, who were either non responsive, or did not call back when they said they would, I contacted Salgado. From the "get go" he called, followed up, provided written bid exactly as he said he would . They performed all work as they stated, showed up when stated,finished when stated, cleaned up as stated, left extra paint as stated, used paint I requested, and called to let me know some issues they found that were not painting related. I felt their price was fair. They did not give a "bargain basement" price, but they also were not the pricing of some of the "outrageous" painters. This project was for a rental property, which I manage. I would definitely use them again. They even advised me of cabinets that they felt did not need to be painted. VERY HONEST, which can be challenging to find. Definitely an A+++++.

Mr. Saigado crew did a very professional job. As in any contracted work make sure everyone has all the details understood what they want done. If something is over looked he will take care of it. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and the materials they used.

It went very good. The main guy doesn't hang around very much. He lets two other guys stay here and he kind of comes in and out at the beginning and end of the day, so he doesn't really supervise. But other than that, they did a very good job. They were a little on the pricey side. They were good.

Excellent experience with Mr. Salgado and his paint company. They were very professional and the quality of the work was EXCELLENT. Very pleased!

The price estimate to paint the house was very good, but he made no attempt to explain the process to me, or assure me in any way that his company would do a good job. He wasn't familiar with a method mentioned by another painter to keep the squirrels from chewing on my trim. He seemed like a nice man, but he really just didn't inspire much trust on my part. I was willing to pay more for work that I was confident would be done right.

Called and Mr. Gee was prompt in his response for a quote. Appeared at time specified, gave us a quote on the spot and told us when they'd be here. Showed up on time, left no messes and did a professional job. Very pleased

As with his previous work for us (which was the whole exterior house painting), Mr. Salgado's team was generally on-time, did all the work well, and finished on schedule, all with no unpleasant surprises along the way. Since his primary expertise is painting, he first brought in a colleague (a very experienced flooring expert) to lead the group of workers, and assembled a team of other experienced flooring installers/workers to complete the job quickly. He and his team were attentive to our requirements, including matching colors of staining (for the old wood floor color to very-nearly-match the new flooring) and staining/painting the molding to match appropriately. Even the closet floors were done very nicely.

Mr. Salgado and his crew did an excellent job painting our house. His painters showed up on time, power-washed the house, repaired rotted wood areas, prepared surfaces, did very careful masking, and painted the surfaces we wanted, in the colors we wanted, and using the paint brand and type (Sherwin Williams Superpaint) that we had specified. The whole job spanned about 1 week and the house now looks just great. Note that shortly after the initial power-washing, some of our wood flooring right at the front door became seriously warped due to water coming in under the door. After I showed it to him, Mr. Salgado promptly secured matching replacement wood flooring and then cut, stained, and replaced the damaged part so that the floor now looks perfect. I am considering asking him to do additional work on other parts of the house, including flooring, since he is clearly very good at it.
