Description of Work: I had a clogged toilet. The toilet was old,inside needed rebuilding, so I had them to replaced the toilet. The plumber was friendly, explained upfront my options. He was timely, cleaned up after himself, made sure I was happy. Will use again.

Description of Work: Cleared washing machine drain with snke. Also ran the main line back towards the house to ensure everything was running smoothly. Have not had any problems since with the washer drain. I usually have the main line cleared once a year due to a problem under the street. This time was more expensive than before.

Description of Work: The entire house had "backed up" quite suddenly and we were in need of a plumber ASAP! We were pleased with the prompt and courteous communication from everyone with whom we spoke at Roto Rooter. Zack was our technician and came that very afternoon and got things flowing again. We couldn't have been more pleased with his punctuality and professionalism. They had to dig down about 8 feet and replace a section of the main sewer line that was filled with roots. The work was done efficiently and cheerfully despite the nasty weather and having to dig a very deep hole in the mud. They had us "up and running" quickly and we have had no further problems.
