We bought the house in 1997 with the understanding that the foundation had been stabilized and that Rite Way Foundation Service would honor their 15 year warranty. It was difficult to get a reply from their company when adjustments were needed. Mr. Ricky Pope finally did make adjustments but failed to finish out and honor the 15 year warranty. As far as I now know, they never have had an office at 1324 S Beckham St in Tyler, and now the phone numbers listed have been disconnected. We are now having to find another foundation repair service that is willing to correct the very considerable damage that has been done, with astronomical estimates.
Description of Work: In 1996, Rite Way Foundation Service installed 17 concrete piers around perimeter of house to stabilize cement slab foundation with a 15 year warranty

I think I got overcharged. I feel like I got bend over. He didn’t fix my problem. We now have a crack at the molding in every room of the house.
