Thorough and professional remodel. Rebath (Tyler, TX) built a custom shower for us and plumbed/set a but. The planning phase was thorough, and Taylor did a good job of setting our expectations and explaining the process. Very professional. The installation was lights out; Cory is obviously an expert and great communication the whole way. Exceptional! Thank you!

Communication was excellent. Questions were always answered quickly. Greg B did fantastic work. TJ was so friendly and kept us in the loop the entire time. And Stephen started it all off with a very thorough, but low pressure, sales presentation.

Mr Valdez did an amazing job! He was very professional, very polite and kind and neat! We are two women living in the house, and we never felt uncomfortable with him. We are very happy with our new bathroom!

It went very badly. This company will charge you tons of money and when you ask for a breakdown, they will provide only the minimum. They also like to add on many hidden fees. I have learned not to sign any contract the same day I'm presented with it. The salesman stayed at my house for 3 hours. He promised a lot but ReBath delivered broken and mismatched products. They refuse to fix what they messed up. They will offer a warranty but it's worthless considering the products have holes in them and they may even fail to get the color correct. They ruined the floors in one bathroom and in the same bathroom they told me I can't have cool water. The installer said the water I get is the water I get. Ryan mccabe promised to fix it and has delivered absolutely nothing. He will argue with you and make promises one week and the next he will threaten you with collections. This is a predatory business. You will see a similar pitch as a time share or a shady car salesman. I'm so ashamed I fell for this companies pitch. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and stay away.

I like the service man. There was a mixed up in the commode two different times. We felt they over-charged us, the pricing was too high.  The service was good and thy were nice and professional.

Sales person came to the house and provided many alternatives and ideas for the remodel.  The installers were very professional and completed the work in four days. The quote for completion was exactly the same as the final price.  After the work was completed, there was one aspect of the shower wall that I didn't like.  They returned and changed it and did not charge any additional cost.  I was very happy with the final product.  A year later, some mildew developed in the caulking.  They honored their warranty and replaced the caulk.  18 months later, a shower door bracket came loose and they immediately responded to complete the repair at no cost to me.  They have been great to work with and I would recommend them to others.

It took longer for the entire process from start to finish than we had anticipated. 
But everything went well and the employees are the best.

They did a good job but the price was high, however, it was worth it.  I like the way the one person did the work and he was responsible for the whole thing.  He has a helper but it was the same guy every day.  It took a longer than it normally does because we had some plumbing problem that they addressed.  They knew what they were doing.  They were in and out.  They were good.

We are 100% happy with them.  The work was great.  Instead of taking two days, they took a day and a half.  We had no problems whatsoever.  Their price was within the ballpark like everybody else.  They took their time and did a really good job.  They said it would take 6 weeks and they came out in 5.
