Our company goal is 100% customer satisfaction - whether they choose ReBath or not. Doing several hundred bathrooms a year, and meeting with even more prospective clients, we sometimes fall short and this appears to be one of those cases. We are sorry to have mis-matched expectations for the Shears. Our business is one of doing full bathroom remodels, so that we can have a full manufacturer's warranty for each job. As such, working with existing materials that are not part of the ReBath system, can get complicated and cause problems. Most of the time, this would be using old and worn out items, but in this case they were new (but we did not know the origin of them). Being this was a new home, and the Shear's only needed a few components, this was clearly not a good fit for The Shears or ReBath. We will work more diligently in the future on getting some of our customer's needs identified on the phone, in advance, to keep issues like this at a minimum. Our bathroom design consultants are well versed and trained on full bathroom remodels, and we typically train them to not "mix and match" with other components so we can have a quick turnaround remodel and provide the leading warranty in the Industry. Our apologies for creating a bad experience for the Shears.
