I called on Christmas eve morning and within an hour the electrician came to our house and replaced a damaged outlet. I was very impressed with their professionalism and rapid response. I highly recommend this company.

They did an amazing job from start to finish on everything we needed done. Communication was quick and easy and they also got everything done in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs someone work on a project.

For the three new ceiling fans, I wanted two switches on the wall, one for lights and one for fan, instead of just the existing one switch for the whole thing. Job got done promptly and cleanly. The electrician also added two outlets, one in a floor and one in a kitchen island. Tony is a good communicator and reasonably priced. He’s been our go-to contractor for 10 years.

It went well. Even the details I was picky about were taken care of. I can’t wait for our next project!

Had to get a small section of drywall replaced in bathroom ceiling due to a small water leak. Tony and his crew did great work. They kept our house clean and never had to pick anything up after them. Repair looks great as well, can’t even tell it had work done. Will definitely use them on future projects.

He was to come and give an estimate. But never did showed up.

Tony and his team were very helpful, friendly and professional. They went beyond my initial request and offered services that I needed at a reasonable price. They even fought off and killed wasps / nest at the high risk of being stung! Even when staffing issues arose, Tony stayed in touch and quickly rescheduled someone to finish the job. We had a great experience with Tony and his workers. Our house is older and didn't have bathroom fans. The humidity in the rooms were terrible when showering and the fans work great to clear out this humidity. The workers installed the fans, switches, and roof ventilation and cleaned up nicely after themselves. It looks like our bathrooms have always had them. We have had yet another win with using Tony on our home repairs. Big or small jobs are easily tackled by him and his crew.

We had an awesome experience with Tony and his crew at Ratliff Renovation. We hired them to replace the original windows and upgrade the electrical panel in our old farm house. He was punctual, stuck to the timeline, kept us up to date through the entire process and was very responsive when we had any questions. Fantastic service was provided by Ratliff and his team. They quickly removed the old, rotted pole and installed a new one without disrupting our way of life. The painted it and left the work area in outstanding conditions. Highly recommended.
