Description of Work: I have nothing but praise for the actual painters. Excellent job! Very pleasant to work with. But I had much frustration dealing with the owner of this company. I did add some additional work after the job was started. However he would pull the painters off of my job and send them somewhere else without letting me know, so my job ran longer than expected. Some of the work I paid for did not get done and I have yet to get a refund. He also wanted to correspond through texting which I found tedious. As I said, the work that was done was excellent. No complaints about that at all. Just with Tony and the lack of communication and the fact that he is yet to send my refund to me. |The quality rating of A is for the painters. The rest of the ratings are for the owner. |

Description of Work: After contacting him for an estimate, he finally came out about 3 weeks later. Then we had to call and text him several times over another couple of weeks before he would give us the estimate - which was a fair one - but he wanted us to rent the scaffolding to be used on the outside of our house. We declined since we didn't want to rent it and then have him not show up. We haven't been able to pin him down as to when he will come out and do the work. We started talking to him in April and it is now August. He finally said he would come out but when we asked for a written contract, after several days he said he had underbid the job and was withdrawing his bid! I don't think he would be the contractor to use if you are in a hurry to have your work completed, if you want a bid in writing or if you want someone reliable.
