All the work was finished in good time. His workman Juan Sanchez was very professional, he does very good work, Tony did check on him.,to see how it was going and if every thing was done correct.could not ask for better workmanship.

Always showed up or communicated if couldn’t .work is good and reasonable on prices. He’s our NEW FAVORITE HANDY GUY!!

Ratliff came and replaced the damaged flooring and put down new hallway flooring in 1.5 days. superb quality of work and very reasonable on pricing. I am about to start a new renovation and will definitely use Ratliff for the work. He is definitely my go to guy!

Excellent! Mr, Ratliff’s team did a great job. It’s beautiful! They asked ahead of time when I would like them to start each day and end. They were punctual every day. They kept us informed on how the project was going. The guys were professional and worked hard 100% of the time.

You can depend on Tony for fast, professional service. The kitchen faucet decided to fail in the middle of the night and we woke to water all over the counters and floor. The valves under the sink were corroded and wouldn’t turn. The freezing weather had all the plumbers occupied. I called Tony and he came right over on a Saturday and quickly replaced the valves under the sink so the leak was controlled. He came back later and replaced the faucet. Tony is prompt, professional, and thorough. And, the price was incredibly reasonable. Tony and his crew have done great jobs throughout my house with painting, flooring, roof and deck repair, and door replacement. He answers texts promptly. Very pleased with the results. Tony's team performed high quality of work and was anxious to complete work to our satisfaction. The work his team did was everything from framing, installation, drywall, painting, laying of carpet, installing bi-fold doors and interior door to electrical. It was well done and very amiably. It took a little longer than I anticipated in getting with Tony and the electrician but I was impressed with the finished job. .

Tony was great. I had a shorttime frame to make arrangements to find a handyman to fix my house up to sell before going back out of town. Tony came over the same day I called to look everything over. He is very trustworthy; I gave him full access to my house while I was gone and never thought twice. Did a great job of keeping me informed during the process.

It was a little slow at getting this scheduled due to moving activities going on and some emails were getting missed. Once we finally got it scheduled, Tony and his crew did a good job with the repair. He had good communication on completion of the job and they did a quality job. I would use him again if the need arises.

These guys were available pretty much whenever we needed and found a way to fit us in. Attitude to do the job was fantastic and the work itself is quality. We found our team for any handyman work we will be needing inn the future. Very much appreciated.

We recently moved in to a new house and our washer and dryer did not fit length-wise in the space provided in our new laundry room. Our realtor recommended Tony to cut and repair our marble counter and shelving to widen the space for our units to fit. Tony communicated very well through out the entire project and even though there were a few hiccups, he communicated and responded efficiently. He even helped me figure out that the moving bolts had not been removed from our washing machine by our moving company, so he removed those and he hooked up our dryer vent! Tony saved me a lot of headache and is the nicest guy to do business with. Will use again in the future!

All of the repairs went fantastic. All of our new fixtures were hung with precision and care as if they were in their own home. The painting was exceptional and very nice. We would hire again tomorrow!!

Tony was recommended to me by a friend. He showed up on the time agreed upon to look at work and give a quote. He said he would call back in 2 hours with a price and start date. An hour later he was calling me with the information. He and his crew showed up on the start date he promised and did an outstanding job. They worked from early that morning until late in the evening and managed to complete the entire job in one day. They were as professional as could be and my wife is now happy! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Ratliff came through again! I needed my 16x36 in ground pool along with concrete around it removed. Once work began it was 1 1/2 days until completion. Not only did they fill the pool in they graded the yard for rain water flow. The price was awesome and service was superb.

The repair job started April 13, was told they would tarp furniture and move it. They did not started pulling up old tile which was a dusty process. House completely covered in dust. The crew he had come to the house broke several pictures on the wall and frames, also broke dishes and then cut themselves and left bloody broken dishes laying on counter by food. They also left a bloody glove on the counter by food. Next they broke the last full family photo of my three children before my 20 year old was killed by a drunk driver and hid it in a pile of debris on a table they had made from demolition. Now back to April 13th it is what June 27 th and they are finally through on a job hat should’ve taken 3-5 days max. Total work time has been about 10-12 days in the timeframe. If you are going to do a job then you need to finish it, he has pulled the crew off our job and sent them other places knowing that we wanted the job finished. Also he has not cleaned up the front of he house yet and the molding work around the flooring looks bad and have even got spots of I don’t know what you would call it between rooms. I have sent To y several messages and he is to unprofessional to respond. He has not paid for any damages caused by his crew and will not respond. I would not recommend this company to any one. He has no professionalism and does not communicate.

All work was done extremely well. These people go above and beyond to please. Very courteous and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Tony was very responsive, very good to work with, and we loved the result. We needed a quick turnaround and he was able to deliver.

This crew continues to amaze me with the quality of workmanship. I had over 500 sqft of area that needed to have new flooring laid down along with leveling the kitchen floor. All the work was done in 2 days and it is perfect. Ratliff is very respectful of my home and always comes through on every job I have hired him to do. trustworthy and professional.
