Everything went fine, Tony's team was professional & cleaned everything up when they were done. Tony followed up & reviewed all the work completed to make sure we were pleased with the work afterwards. Would recommend & will be using again. We had rotted wood around the backyard door frame & on the roofing overhang connected to the fireplace. His team came out and got it all done in one day. They replaced the wood & painted, looks like new now. They also fixed a 2nd door to the backyard that we couldn't open.

Tony was so professional. He always kept in touch with me thru the process and let me know exactly when he would be there. The day that they started Tony came and brought Mario so he could introduce him to me. Mario was very professional and I never felt uncomfortable with him in my home. Can’t say enough about Tony and his crew. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule last minute just before home was listed for sale. Very responsive, professional and prompt, and saved us when we were in a tight spot. And they support their local veterans! Had bad experiences with contractors before and so happy to have finally found a good one. Will be calling them again.

Tony patched the leak quickly and called back 2-3 times to make sure there was no recurrence. We’ve used him several times and always been more than satisfied with his work no matter what the problem. We recommend him without reservation.

This is my second time having work done by Ratliff, and I'm always happy with the results. Tony and his team are helpful and flexible with my busy schedule, and are punctual and reliable. We're halfway done with the current project (I.e. interior is done and we're painting the exterior of our house next) and I would (and do) recommend Ratliff P&R to anyone looking to have a project completed.

We had Tony do some painting and a few other tasks. We had a tight time window to get work done so that we could put our house on the market. Tony was able to get his crew in and complete all of the work in a timely manner.

Tony and his guys did an AMAZING job! Let me start by saying we originally hired another company to make repairs and they did a downright AWFUL job....it was so bad that we had to turn around and hire Tony to fix all the repairs. His guy did an AMAZING job. Always on time, very friendly (especially with my son who wanted to help him so bad...and he did)..but most importantly he did not take any short cuts. He removed the bad hardwood flooring and laid new hardwood floors in the living room and the job was so seamless that you can not tell where he put the new stuff....I mean the hardwood floor repair was done PERFECT! The deck was partially redone... again excellent craftsmanship. And the fence (tree fell on it) was rebuilt and looks amazing. I seriously could not be happier with Tony and his guys! I don't care how big or little the job is in the future we will only be using Tony. Excellent service. Excellent work. Highly recommended!
