+ -1 moreAround 9PM, our washing machine pump broke and flooded part of home (wood floors). We cleaned up the water before they got here (around midnight). They set up 2 humidifiers and 5 fans. They came out each day for 4 days to monitor/remove fans as areas dried out. Cleaned carpet in closet and master bedroom (water reached edges of carpet). We thought the costs was high, since we cleaned up the excess water before they arrived. However, our wood floors survived only needing a $200 repair to re-glue a small section (different provider). All in all, happy with the result.

Description of Work: Have used this company 2 times in 2 years, different houses. The first house was recommended, and obviously I liked them enough to hire them again. So, there were 2 different crews (one per house). Each crew were prompt, courteous, quick and knowledgeable. I will use no one else in the future.

Description of Work: ProClean cleaned my living room and master bedroom carpeting. I had mentioned to my husband that this would probably be our last time to have carpet cleaned because I wanted new carpeting. However, the carpet came out looking so good, I can delay the purchasing of new carpet for quite a while.

+ -1 moreOwners son came over just to give an estimate and said not to worry about the cost because the insurance would pay them direct but low and behold they billed me this enormous price after lying to get the job.I never signed papers nor agreed to pay more than I was quoted which was 1000 to 1500.
Description of Work: Dried a very small amount of water and lied about there services and who would pay for them so they could get the job.
