+ -1 moreThey delivered the storage container on time. They are very punctual and friendly. The container was clean and able to hold quite a bit of our household items. The container was picked up by PODS once it was filled with items from our home, once again in a very punctual manner. We are away from the area for a long period of time, and needed a place to store our items. Unlike some PODS facilities we have heard of, the Tyler PODS storage facility is professional and an asset to the Tyler area! The manager, Steve, is a man of his word. Have confidence in dealing with them!
Description of Work: PODS delivered to us, and then at a later date picked up, a storage container for our household goods to be stored. What they do is bring a portable container to you, and then you take as long as you need to fill it with your items. When you are ready, PODS sends a truck to pick up your container and they store it at their local warehouse, which in the case of our Tyler PODS, is a very large and clean building. You pay a little bit more for PODS than for your standard storage unit, but for the convenience of having the container delivered and picked up for you, we felt it was worth it.
