While other contractors, for same service, are coming out for free, they were going to charge a $69 fee to meet and review potential work. No competitive edge to win business.

Not good. I didn't catch that the estimate was not what was agreed in person. The only place they put in new grounded wiring was the only circuit that already had it, and that was not listed on the estimate. This is for the Tyler location, not Flint.

This was a $69 big deal purchase. They worked out okay. I mean, it was a good service. I did end up spending more than the price of the big deal. I believe it cost $150, approximately. I like that he did the service and fixed the problem quickly. He had to diagnose the problem. So that was good that was able to take place and he gave me some good feedback; I should say good tips. I felt like it was overpriced for what he did and that's it. The work was fine. They changed the outlet and it works fine after that. My interaction was fine.

Great... Neat and Clean technician...and fast and courteous

They replaced hot outlet and showed me why it was getting hot and the proper way to install it. Tested the other circuit and found it ok but really should have fridge on own circuit. That took time to show me how many amps from different appliances on same circuit so I could manage it till I decide if want to rewire it.

It went as schedule. Everything we asked for Brad did. It took four or five hours and we were very satisfied.

I was in the market for a replacement Central Heat/Air Conditioner. I decided that I wanted to relocate the unit to another side of the house. This required an electrician to relocate the electric supply as well. As it turned out, my old unit began to and quot;expireand quot; and I did not want to put more repair money into an old unit that I was about to replace. I decided to put the new unit on the and quot;fast-trackand quot;. I called four different electricians to give me a quick bid. Only two responded. One was Brad Morris. One was a competitor. The competitor was not even willing to come out to look at the project, and subsequently gave a bid, over the phone, that was ridiculously outrageous. Brad came out within 1 1/2 hours of the phone request, looked at the need, and within 20 minutes of leaving my home he had called me back with a bid and, as well, was able to commit to coming out the next day to do the work. The next day, I was expecting him later in the morning at the earliest. His crew showed up at 7:45 am, started the job, and was finished by 9:20 am. The crew was very professional, organized, skilled, and cleaned up after they finished to the point that I couldn't tell they had even been there. I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the crew. I will definitely use this contractor again and will continue to recommend them highly. Awesome job!! Gary Smith
