Victor and his team did such a professional job taking down 22 trees on my property. They came out immediately after I talked to them, they had ALL the necessary equipment and a large crew using helmets and cord tie offs. You can tell these guys are professional as soon as they show up! I got a good price and excellent service, what more can you ask for?

Honestly we were very timid as first time home buyers and first real project. They went above and beyond! Very communicative right to the point great services! we had four trees taken down 2 above 20 ft and 2 below 20 ft. They grinded all stumps and took away all tree extras. They removed our metal chain fence and put it back perfectly. Will always recommend!

Palacios responded to my storm damage clean up request within 1 hour and was to my house to get things looking good as new within 48 hours while being extremely busy with the city wide clean up!

After the storm last week we had a lot of tree damage at our rental house. We were trying to find a tree company, but local companies are all booked. Palacios Tree Service left a card and were available to come in 2 days. The prices seemed reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. Iâ m happy to be able to make the property safe again and not have to wait weeks. I worked with José. He was very responsive and sent me a video when the work was completed.

Quick to respond and punctual.

They left me with very deep massive ruts in my lawn from their heavy equipment. When I called them the following day I was told all their equipment went to Florida overnight and try back maybe in a week or so. That is no guarantee they will come back and fix the problem they left me. I paid them 2200.00 to have holes fillled with dirt and they rutted me bad and ran. I have never been more dissappointed.

These guys came to our Tallahassee, FL neighborhood that was hit hard by two EF2 tornadoes on May 10, 2024. They removed a huge grandfather pine and numerous fallen trees. They did a fast prompt job for which we are grateful. They are polite, good at their work and the price was reasonable. Many thanks to them in a stressful situation.

Excellent work, great crew, they did not destroy any of the surrounding plants and sprinkler system. We were very impressed with the company their removal of two large oak trees, and left everything well cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

Had Palacios remove 3 large trees and clear under brush from my lake property. Also had a large pine and two sweet gums removed from my primary home in South Tyler. The latter included stump grinding as well. One crew did all this in a little over 4 hours! When complete it was as they were never there. Highly recommend.
