They are good. I would use them in the future.

The quality of the work was very good. I was very happy with the results. However, the clean up and follow up work was a little slow to get the fixtures and details completed.

They were really professional, real friendly, did a good job. I am going to call them back again to do the other half of the house for me. I just appreciated them, they were courteous, they have always been on time, always do what they was going to do and their prices were extremely fair.

Very smoothly. They were here on time each day, did their work with real professionalism and were very dedicated to seeing that everything was just as I wanted it. Was very happy with the way it turned out and plan to use them again in the future.

I did call him, and he came out and looked at things, and he agreed with my concerns. He said he would call me to schedule a time to come back, but he has not returned my calls. This was the day after thanksgiving, but I still have not heard back from him. If someone asked me if I would go back to him, I would say no.

Very fast response with return phone all then worked us in on a rush job. Very professional and precise crew and owner of company. we were very pleased with the job and will use them again for future projects.

Tim and his crew did a wonderful job, on a short time schedule, at a good price. The quote was well detailed and it was easy to work through choices and changes with Tim, both in advance and during the work.Tim is an excellent communicator who stayed in touch with me since I was not in the area while the work was being done. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and did a walk through and made immediate corrections to the one or two small issues that I pointed out. I would use Tim again and I strongly recommend him.

Tim Lassiter was very accommodating as I was in a time crunch with a scheduled drapery install. They we're respectful of my home and furnishings being careful entering and exiting the house with the ladders and equipment. All the floors and furniture we're covered in plastic and taped down. I appreciated that Tim discussed and made suggestions on my paint selection. My previous experience with other painters is that they don't want to comment one way or the other. From my first meeting with Tim I was confident that if there we're any issues or problems he was going to make me happy. And he did exactly that. Before his crew pulled up the plastic and put the furniture back in place I was asked to inspect the job to see if it met my expectations. I liked that. About a week later I saw I had time to have a second bedroom and bathroom painted and he accommodated me once again. The rooms look great! He did everything I asked and more.

I would recommend this company to anyone. My house looks really good. Overall it was excellent. I had them come back 2 more times to touch up some things and to paint my shed. I liked them a lot. Tim is very knowledgeable in his field. He is very helpful in helping you select the colors. He knew what had to be done to make everything work. He could visualize what it was going to look like later on. His suggestions really made the whole project work. It is a good business and you get what you pay for.

Work went very well. Took time to make sure that colors matched. Care for floor and furniture protection was excellent. Work was timely. call back after completion to verify I was satisfied.

We went to Flooring Liquidators. Picked out the carpet we wanted. Then James Owens (the one to install it) came. Then Tim Lassiter (Off The Wasll Design Co.) came out and he was right on time and had his crew paint the walls and ceiling and the Crown Molding. We were very pleased with the job they did. Overall it was a great experience! They did a great job and they made sure I was happy with the results! Also, I felt that I could trust them in my home. I will use and tell others to use them.
