Description of Work: My retaining wall was failing and most landscapers only wanted to bid for full replacement at a whopping $50-70k! Novation was able to offer a repair option at a fraction of the cost, installing critical drainage, fixing sinkholes, complete with a beautiful new fence and grass. As a detail person, I struggle to hand my projects over to contractors, but Brandon and his crew were very responsive and accepted nothing less than excellence. I can’t recommend Novation enough!

Description of Work: Novations Landscape installed french drains to alleviate a serious water drainage problem that I had. Brandon and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. All members of the crew were courteous. Brandon was very knowledgable about the issues I had. He responded quickly when I called and left a message. Responsiveness, timeliness, and high quality of work, all can be attributed to Novations Landscaping. I highly recommend Novations.

+ 2 moreAfter spending a lot of money on professional leak finders, I was told that the reason my yard was soggy and growing weeds instead of grass was because of ground water. The ground water was beginning to compromise my paved driveway as well as tree growth. Brandon Moser, the owner of Novation came to my house and gave me an estimate on the work required after looking carefully at the problem areas in my yard. The start date was delayed by a little over a week, but once they started, the work crew headed by Brandon and Brian quickly and efficiently got the work done exactly as Brandon had described. The result was really beautiful and the efficiency of ground water removal was immediate. I know this job was small compared to much of the work they do, but they worked with the care and proficiency they provide the large expensive jobs. The cleanup at the end of the job was impressive. I highly recommend Novation for all outdoor improvement needs. You will love these guys. They are a great combination of respectful, polite, professional and hilarious!
Description of Work: They built french drains, outlined the drains and my gardens with cut stone, removed a large shrub and applied compost to my front gardens. They also moved some sprinkler heads of my sprinkler system to accommodate the drains.

+ 4 moreThe project went great from the very beginning. This was a very custom design that I couldn't have come up with on my own. Brandon did an amazing job of taking my ideas and creating something beautiful! The project was started on time and finished within a few days of his initial estimate. I would definitely recommend Novation Landscaping for any patio, landscaping projects and will use them again.
Description of Work: Brandon and his crew did an excellent job from beginning to end with our patio extension. Brandon helped me design our 700+ square foot patio extension project which included retaining wall, flower beds, lighting, fire pit and acid wash/staining of existing patio slab.

+ -1 moreSuggest you call Brandon, thell him what you want and let him do the rest. He will keep you informed, and is always ready to address concerns, and the most important aspect the "budget." From start ot stop the project went great. We made a few changes as we went along adn Brandon was always upfront to explain the cost, and any changes in the time to complete.
Description of Work: It is difficult to select the proper landscaper. So much can go wrong. But look no further. Novation Landsaaping is "Top Flight." Brandon Moser leads from the heart and ALWAYS makes sure the customer's thoughts and concerns are addressed. He is a hands on boss and works just as hard as his crew. Speaking of the crew, they are great and very polite. The work was on time, on buget, and when finished the yard was cleaned up to look like new. I have another job for him.

+ 1 moreGood job. Only problem was the grout didn't set right because of the hot weather, which resulted in small cracks between the flagstone. Overall a great look for the porch and patio and much easier to care for. The flagstone cap on the shrubbery edging added a more finished look to the shrubbery bed.
Description of Work: Flagstone porch and patio with cement base. Flagstone cap to existing concrete shrubbery bed edging. Sealed all flagstone.

+ 8 moreExcellent! I am very impressed with price, quality and professionalism. Brandon has an awesome crew but he still gets in the 'trenches' with the guys to get the job done. I have made many changes to my original project because I am so thrilled with Novation Landscapes. I will contract with them monthly to maintain my new landscape. I have even requested that Novation come to my future home 175 miles away when I can finally move to do the landscaping, etc. I highly, highly recommend this company to all! Novation's great design brought in a couple to my house the first day it was on the market. The landscaping made them want to come in and they love the huge deck and all the lush landscaping. They put a contract on it the same day! Most houses don't sell here in under 3-6 months.
Description of Work: Novation brought in 3 truckloads of dirt to better fill low spots in front and back. They brought in new plants and trees; added sprinklers, numerous drains and stone borders. Today the new landscape and walkway lighting was installed. They also built a new privacy fence around my backyard with 4ft gates on each side of the house. They also put privacy fencing around trashcans. The deck will be added in two weeks along with a couple more trees. New sod will go in early March if the weather cooperates. New sod was put in front and back and a beautiful deck which I had stained to match the fence.

Description of Work: The summer drought had cooked my lawn and many of my shrubs.. I called Novation on the referral of a friend and the owner, Brandon came out to give me an estimate. First of all I would like to say how impressed I was with him personally.. very likable and honest. I thought he had a lot of knowledge and insight and his price was fair .. so my decision was quick.. and correct. They re-sodded part of my yard with new topsoil and good grass.....replaces bushes with drought-resistant shrubs and ones that were correct for the sun conditions in their areas. It all looks great.... and my neighbors are thankful too.. One of them has already given Brandon a call and signed him up for their yard too.
