They did restring and put on a new clasp (different size than the original), did not replace the missing pearl nor did they call to let me know they didn't have (couldn't get?) a matching pearl. The bracelet was too small. They suggested I wear it with the clasp undone to make it long enough. Needless to say, if the first clerk was in the building she did not come out and speak to me.
Description of Work: Broken pearl bracelet with a pearl missing: Restring, add a pearl and new clasp. The lady at the counter was very nice she measured the bracelet and my wrist then wrote the length needed on the tag to make sure the bracelet would fit.

I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere, and it was apparent they cared about the work they do, and the customers who come in there. They were efficient with everyone who entered while I was there, and even offered to clean my rings while I waited on the watch battery replacement. For sure I will return and use them again!
Description of Work: Needed a battery for my watch, and some charms attached to a bracelet. The work was done on my watch while I waited, and cost options were explained to me up front. The girl who waited on me was knowledgeable, and very nice. The gentleman who was doing the watch work, showed me the gasket that needed replacing along with the battery. The lifetime battery cost included the gasket and was a much better deal than the 3 yr battery. The bracelet work isn't done while you wait, so I will be called when it is completed.
