I've only used one. The work was fine but I have a running with the owner and I wouldn't recommend them ever again. The original bid was $8000 and he said he won't charge me more than that. I cut the work in half. He wanted $3900 but he damaged my brand new floor. There were some other things that I told him really important and that they didn't do. They did them. I asked them what they are going to do about it. He went on and told me that I planned all this, I never planned to pay the full amount and that I was a terrible person. He didn't want anything to do with me ever again. I paid him with $3200. Up until today, there is still rabid animosity. Dealing with the owner of the company was beyond terrible. I wouldn't do that with anybody.

They have been unfailingly prompt to respond -- once within the hour for a water heater emergency -- and never anything but the ultimate professionals. Their service is efficient and thorough, and their pricing has always been fair. We have been consistently pleased, and once having found them, have seen absolutely no reason to call anyone else for our plumbing.

The man was very nice. Showed up early and gave us the options of what he could do and what it would cost for each option. He was very good and very helpful.

Our house was build in 1972 and is brick with slab foundation. We began having slab leaks and decided that replumbing was the only way to go. We had PEX installed in our attic . I was dreading this ordeal but was surprised that it wasn't bad at all. The plumber assigned to our project, Sean Ebb, did a wonderful job. He cleaned up after himself, moved stuff that was in his way, and made a project which could have been messy and unpleasant completely bearable. The job took three days (our house is 3500 sq feet) and we were never left without water at night. There was only one day that the water was off for any length of time. The price was good and the work top notch. My husband and I own a construction company that builds water plants and sewer plants. We have dealt with many plumbers during the 40 years we have been in business, and this company made a lasting impression on us. They have a customer for life as far as we are concerned.

My sewer trap was backing up into my house, McIntyre told me that he wasn't getting paid enough to do the work being asked of him.

Drove on property 11:19 AM drove off 12:11PM which is 52 minutes. The l itemized labor was $260 on the preprinted invoice. I was given a $300 estimate over the phone which I accepted because I knew was high because I knew the labor would be less and assumed I would be charged actual time. They stated it was an and quot;estimateand quot; not a quote which are two different things. I would not use this company again,

McIntyre Plumbing was recommended to me by my sister. They were prompt, courteous and professional. When there was a small fitting issue with the installed gas line (the appliance guy didn't know what to do), a McIntyre serviceman promptly returned to hook up my gas stove for me! The truth is the service guys were all on jobs, so a gentleman working in the office actually came to my home right away to remedy the issue! Now that's GREAT customer service! While they were here they determined neither of our hot water heaters were vented properly and there was an issue of carbon monoxide! We were able to make the repairs ourselves but would not have known about the issue had they not pointed it out. We also had an issue with an odd smell at times in our vent, which ultimately has been resolved with correcting the hot water tank issue. We had used another local reputable company for years, but McIntyre were definitely more cost considerate and we will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

I don't know if it was a fair price but it seemed like it for all the trouble they had to go through. The quality was very good. They were a tad late but not by a whole lot. I would absolutely use them again.

The vegetable sprayer on my kitchen sink was broken. I called on the morning of the 17th April, and within a couple of hours Buddy called to say he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem, found a compatible sprayer and replaced it. He also told us how to get an exact match by going to the maker's website (the faucet system was no longer being made). We also asked him to check our shower faucet because it never ever ran cold water. We had had two other plumbers out to check on that problem, and both had said that was just the way it was made. The water valve opener is one knob for both hot and cold. Well Buddy took one look, said, and quot;no Problemand quot;, and fixed it exactly like we thought it might be fixed. I will hire McIntyre anytime I need a plumber in the future. Buddy said that they liked to treat customers as they would their own families.

They came out on an emergency call and turned the water off and secured the water heater. They came out the next day and replaced the water heater. They even moved it to a location to where if this happened again, it would not flood in the same area. The price was even cheaper than the quote. I will hire them again.

I've used them twice. The service charge was $95. They are very good, but very expensive. I was very pleased with them. The serviceman was very professional. The second time I called them, they came within an hour.
