Every question we've had, even if we've called back, they've been very supportive. I might have to go back and get a few more pieces. No problem at all, they loaded everything with forklifts, they were fabulous. We dealt with Reggie and he was wonderful. I went in Thursday and picked up free samples of three different types of flooring, and I went in yesterday and picked up everything. They are helpful, they loaded the truck, we've called back with a couple of questions about installation, they've answered everything. So I am more than pleased. I financed it there, it didn't take long. They answer all of your questions without pressuring you - they are not on commission. I went in and had several questions, and I wasn't sure if I could get any samples. I didn't have to pay for the samples, they just gave them to me, and said not to even bother with bringing them back. They answer all of your questions about installation, so that means a lot when they don't drop you after your purchase. They said if we broke any pieces to let them know and they would fix things.
