Description of Work: Landscaping, sprinkler repairs and moving, and drainage. Like everyone else, Daniel is very busy, but once he gets to you he does excellent work and will make things right if there is a problem. Waiting on him to do some more work now after the brick layer does flower beds.

Description of Work: Cleaned up, mowed & edged yard. Cleaned leaves off roof & gutters. Filled holes with dirt from tenant dog digging. Checked sprinkler system; replaced 1 section wiring & 1 head.
