 + 1 moreThe clearing and drainage was done virtually immediately. The guy came out the next day and within a week I had a quote and the clearing was done. They then came back right after that and fixed the drainage problem. We just had a big storm and my carport stayed completely dry. I added some other drainage on the other side and now the house drains perfectly. They have been great to work with. They were professional and honest. They said that they usually take 40% deposit, but that is for large jobs and mine was rather small. I also asked him if the quote was a firm price and he said it was, so that was nice.
Description of Work: Landvisions cleaned up the back 1/3 of my lawn, which was overgrown with poison ivy and briars. They also fixed a drainage problem in my yard and they installed an irrigation system. They also are contracting and spearheading with another fencing company to install a fence that goes 1 foot into the ground to make sure my dogs don't get out.
