HOT SPRINGS SPAS OF TYLER

I stopped by their new showroom in Tyler and scheduled an appointment for a repair man to come look at my hot tub and give an estimate on what it would cost to repair. Appointment was set up for 2 pm on Thursday and I specifically stated that if I wasn't home my wife would be. The repair man showed up between 1:35 & 1:40pm, which was fine, and called me @ 1:42pm & said no one would come to the door. My wife had gone to the school for one of my children thinking the repair man would be there @ 2pm so I called him back and told him. He said he could go ahead and look at it for me but when I told him the power was turned off at the breaker box he said he couldn't do anything without power. I told him my wife would be back before 2pm becasue she was expecting him and he said he had another appointment in town that he would go make and come back and he would call when he was done. As he was backing out of the driveway my wife pulled up, he saw her pull up but drove away anyway as she waved to him. He never called back and no one from the business ever called to find out why he didn't make an estimate for repairs. I more than understand the appointment process & have no problem with any repair man being early, in this instance my issue is why he couldn't have waited until 2pm when the appointment was scheduled to begin with?
