Contacted Fountain Plumbing for a job at one of our rent houses, as our property management division is in the market for a new plumbing company. Spoke to Evelyn to schedule the job, Kenneth the next morning to schedule the job and provide details on the problem, and a week later they still have not visited the tenant, rescheduled the job nor returned our phone calls / messages. We spend about $25K / year on plumbing expenses and will continue looking elsewhere. I can’t comment on the quality of their work but their scheduling process & lack of follow up is not compatible with our needs.

They showed up on time and were so nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing!!

Price was a little higher than expected but they did a very good job and in the timeframe I needed.

Know that 5 people may show up at your house at one time - this was very overwhelming for me. They gave the impression that time, not the quality of job performance, was their priority. Job site clean up was POOR.

They had two gentlemen out to fix it - one came first and the work was a little more than his expertise so they called another to repair and it went well. I had two issues and they addressed the one (the leak) and missed the one that the toilet kept running sometimes. Took me a while of testing to see why but hopefully I got it.

They showed up on time and got right to work. A little over 2 hours later and all the work was complete! They did a great job from scheduling the job (Evelyn was so nice) to completing the work.

Replaced a bath tub spout that was corroded & stuck in a sideways position. I had tried to fix it myself but wouldn't turn due to corrosion. Plumber got is done & it didn't take very long. Happy with the job they did.

I had other plumbers come out and they couldn't get it right. Fountain agreed to take my warranty company's payment, and they did great work! The previous companies wanted to charge me $280 for a video scope, and Fountain did the video scope and snaking several times for a much lower price. They discovered that it was tree roots and ended up putting a patch on the sewer line system.

They never returned phone calls. Had water backing up in house left 2 messages and no return calls. I will never try them again and will never recommend them.

They did a fine job. They were professional. They kept us informed. They did the job in a timely manner.

This morning while doing laundry, I've found out that the wat r(dirty..ewwww!!), was backing up to my kitchen and dishwasher. It was starting to spill out from the dishwasher (whole base was filled up). There was no easy way to unclog it, I called Mr Rooter and as soon as they have someone available, they've sent him to my house. The service was same day and prompt (called them after 11am) and very professional. The price includes a bottle of environmental friendly drain maintenance treatment.

They were prompt and do very good work. Anytime I call them it’s the regular fee and that’s the god thing. They are very professional. I have used them several times and would use them again if needed. They had actually video cameras where we could see exactly where the roots were.
