I will most definitely use his services again and will recommend him to all my friends. He's fast too. I contacted Angie's List and found him. He returned my call within 3 minutes of my request. He scheduled my repair for very next afternoon .

+ 0 moreWhen I called to request service, I explained that my dishwasher was not draining. I had googled that and found that often times it was just a clogged drain, which sounded like a service that a plumber would perform. It wasn't until he got there that he said he knew nothing about dishwashers but would look. In less than 5 minutes he said he didn't think the line was clogged and said it was probably the pump. Then charged me a full service call charge. A week later I paid a dishwasher repair man to come out. He spent about 20 minutes cleaning the line. No problem with the pump. I only had Flow Rite come out instead of the dishwasher service because he could come the very next day instead of waiting more than a week. When I scheduled my service with Flow Rite, I spoke with the same service man that came to my house. So he knew why he was coming out. If he had told me he didn't know anything about dishwashers on the phone I could have saved $80 and another couple days of a dishwasher that didn't work.
Description of Work: Hard to say, since he didn't really do anything.

Description of Work: Had a good experience with them a year ago at my rental. HOWEVER, at my place of residence, the experience was completely opposite. Scheduled to have a bathtub drain in the downstairs bathroom replaced, or fixed (with hardware that I supplied) and a bathtub water spout that needed to be shortened after renovation of the shower (new tiles, and backer board). Had to reschedule with the owner from the original day to the following. Next day , the owner and another employee show up. One work to refit the bathtub drain with hardware that I already had. The other goes upstairs to do a 15min. cut and weld job. Total bill was $275 bucks for approximately 20mins of work total for both bathrooms. The kicker, the tools used for the downstairs tub drain was mine, I specifically identified and told them it was mine, I paid the bill even though I was shocked, but the "helper" tries to walk off with my tools." I had to verbally stop him from exiting my house with my tools that I supplied to them. Will never use or recommend these this company.

+ -1 moreI talked to Steve up at Flow Rite about water leaking from under my slab. After he came out and discovered it was a slab leak he had it fixed within 48 hours. This involved digging 12 foot under the slab of the house, welding in a new pipe, and putting all the dirt back. They were very professional and it all looked very good after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

+ -1 moreI really like them. There prices may seem a little high for some jobs but it is worth it. Colin in great to work with and he will stick with the job until it is fixed. Very friendly too. He was late once but explained the situation and gave me a discount. I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them. They have also done repairs for my parents and they have been satisfied too.
Description of Work: We have had them out a couple times to various work on our toilets in the home, replace a leaky pipe under kitchen sink.
