My husband and I went to Elliott Jewelers for the first time about a week ago. I had an older ring that needed new prongs put on as I was in fear of loosing the stone. We were quoted $80.00 for the repair. Last week we picked it up. We were charged $60.00 plus tax plus they gave me a small Valentine box of chocolates as the next day was Valentines Day. First time in our lives, quoted a price and it was less when we went to pick it up. Then a box of chocolates. Will we go back, You Betcha!! I hope more people hear about this jewelry store. He gave an immense discount because of the quantity and the death in the family. My wife's mother had passed away and we were trying to get some insurance values on the stuff that she had given my wife. He always sized the rings. He was timely. He picked out the things that were not appraisable so we didn't have to waste our money on an appraisal because that's pretty costly and I thought that was brilliant. He was right on, on all the things he said. His punctuality was good because he met us up at the store. I would surely use him again in the future if need be.
