 + 0 moreDesign help was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. Came to house to assure compatibility with existing hardwood floors and tiles. Cost estimate was competitive with other flooring companies we checked. Timing of delivery and installation was exactly as estimated and adjusted to fit our needs. Installation crew was timely, hardworking and professional. However the installation crew failed to remove all the glue for the floors and had to return twice to clean it off. Further several transitions had their finish come off within a few weeks which I think was a product issue. They ordered and replaced the transitions but we had to pay full costs.
Description of Work: Replace bedroom carpets with engineered hardwood floors.

 + 0 moreI can't say enough good things about Designing Women. Besides their design expertise, their installers have all been top notch. All products purchased have been at reasonable prices. We have one more remodeling project coming up next year, and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else for it.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood flooring in kitchen, hall, and master bedroom. Also installed slate back splash in kitchen.

 + -1 moreThey are very good to work with. Great people and did what they said they would when they said they would do it. They had to come back for a few things and took care of those with no issues. Great people to work with.
Description of Work: They did window treatments in most of the house. The wife contacted them and did not get any other bids so I thought they were high, but Im a guy so! They were good at coming out and did what they said and they all look really nice.
