Coyote Roofing Co

I obtained 7 bids for my roof. I know that was probably overkill, but wanted to be sure I was getting the best deal. Coyote Roofing was about $600 under my next lowest bid and $1,500 under my highest. My sales rep/ crew foreman, Shayne, was very responsive, honest and did some extra things for which he did not charge me. Mr. Wylie, the company owner, even came out that morning to meet us. Since we are trying to sell our house, they even put us ahead of another, larger job, to make sure we were taken care of the same week. While I am not crazy about having to pay for a new roof, I certainly feel like I was given a fair and honest deal for very good work. The crew finished my house in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I did have to pick up a few pieces of trash/paper, the workers accidentally missed, but I don't blame them, since it was over 100 degrees that day! I will definitely use them again. Update 8/22/2013: We are selling our house, so we had it inspected. The inspector found two nails on the roof cap that needed to be "caulked/tarred" . I called the roofer and he said he would be here the next morning. Did not show. I called the owner and he said he would get it done before the end of the day. Did not show. I did receive a good deal on the roof and I could go buy some tar to cover the two nails myself, which I will probably do; however, I did already clean the gutters that they were supposed to do AND they did tell me they were going to be here twice. I lowered their "responsiveness" rating from an "A" to a "C".

They were an authorized dealer and installer for the type of shingle that we chose. We liked the bid they gave us. They were conscientious and did a good job.
