We had a water leak from our bathroom. I cleaned up best I could, but was concerned about water staying on pad under carpet. I called ColorPro and they came out the same day. They actually would have come out faster than I could get back home from work! They pulled up carpet, sprayed mildew and mold block and put it back down. While they were there, we decided to have our three bedrooms steam cleaned too. Very nice, very responsive and thorough. Very glad I found them and they deserve their good ratings.

We were out of town. A friend checked on our home and found it flooded after torrential rains. We cut the trip short and left for home. On the way, I called Colorpro. They responded immediately, vacuumed over 400 gallons of water out of our house and set up dehumidifying units and fans to dry out the house. All before we arrived home. The next morning there was more water in the house. They came back, vacuumed up the water, checked our water meter and determined that, rather than flooding from the storm, we had a broken water pipe under the slab foundation of our house. Because of Colorpro's experience, quick response and professionalism, we were able to fix the problem with No damage to our home, furniture, fixtures or possessions. I have used them for 15 years to clean my carpets with excellent results every time. This time, they Literally Saved my Home.

I wasn't able to be present during the time that the carpets were cleaned, but my daughter said Ian, the technician, arrived on time and was very courteous while he was at the house. There was a bit of confusion about the total due and my check was written for more than was owed. Rather than just taking the check as written, Ian pointed out the difference to my daughter so she could correct it. How often do you find that kind of honesty? I was very impressed. The carpets were cleaned on a Thursday morning and on Friday evening after returning home from work, I noticed a problem on the carpet in the hallway. I sent Russ a picture, expecting to hear from him the following Tuesday, since Monday was Labor Day. He responded very quickly to my text message and offered an explanation (wicking) and possible way to correct the problem until his guys could come the following Tuesday. I was extremely impressed and very appreciative that he replied on a Friday evening, but I was completely surprised when his guys showed up the very next morning to fix the problem area for me! This company is very serious about providing excellent customer service. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that I saw demonstrated by Russ, Ian and Bayne. They made me feel like I was a VIP customer! You need to hire these people!!

The bedroom looks great but they were unable to get the urine stains out of the rug. Very professional and explained everything before they cleaned.

After the cleaning the area still had a odor and a strain so Colorpro came out again and did another stain treatment. After the second treatment the smell is much better but the stain is still there but not as noticeable. The area was pretty bad to begin with so I am overall happy with the results. All other areas look great.

Excellent!! Protected the wood work throughout the home along with the furniture. Wore protective cover on there feet.

I called to get a quote on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Ian and Bayne arrived early and got right to work. They quickly measured the rooms and provided a firm quote. When they were finished, the carpets look 1000% better! Everything was completed in 2 hours.

Russ came out promptly (After hours I might add) and provided a detailed estimate and the service was scheduled for the next day. His staff phoned and us told us when they would arrive to perform the task. The staff arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly and professionally. I will continue to use ColorPro in the future!!!

I won't ever know. Calling other companies where I get an answer or can leave a message. I woke up to water in my bedroom, living room, kitchen and breakfast nook.

This house is located in Frankston. Russell called saying his person, Ian, was running early and could be there in about an hour. Perfect. Ian, arrived and cleaned a heavily stained carpet into what looked like a brand new carpet. Price was worth every penny. I will use their service again.

Colorpro was amazing to work with! We bought an older house, and wanted to get the carpets steamed before we moved in. They worked around our schedules and came as soon as we switched the water/electricity to our names the day after purchase. You could definitely see the difference. And the carpets are so soft now!

I have 3 dogs and Russell the owner scotch-guarded the carpet at no additional charge. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable.I was not there at the house during the service which took the better part of the day as we had not moved into the new house yet.They left everything clean and they even put on shoe covers over their shoes whenever they came into the house. Russell even gave some shoe covers for my movers to use since it was going to be rainy on move-in day.

This was a great experience. Russ was very consultative and he knows his stuff. He didn't oversell anything. He was on time, my carpets look brand new, and they got out spots that I never thought would come out.

Missed appointment schedule. Sent two of the worst guys to clean the carpets. Problems on top of problems.

I called Russell Grosjean whose number I got from this site. He came out that afternoon and gave me a quote. A few days later I called to set up an appointment for a few days later about twoish in the afternoon. His crew showed up exactly at two and immediately got to work. Worked diligently until done. They were very professional, answered all questions and my furniture looks great. Wood definitely used them again and refer them to anyone that need furniture or carpet cleaning.

I called them for an Estimate, they came right out and scheduled an appointment, evaluated the carpet and gave us a quote.

We were in need of a pre-holiday carpet cleaning, as we were expecting lots of company with young children that like to play on the livingroom floor. After our last experience with a major nationwide company, (stains re-appeared in less than 2 weeks) I decided to join Angies List to find someone that was reputable & preferrably locally owned. Our fear was we wouldn't be able to get the needed service performed before our first round of company arrived. After reading the reviews for Colorpro, we decided to give them a call. I gave their info to my husband before I left to head into town to run some errands & shop. He called them between 9:30 - 10:00 & they were here by 11:30 that same morning! I was thrilled (and very relieved!) to see the carpet looking so wonderful when I returned home. To this date, (2/25/13) there are still no sign of the stains that we've personally (and "professionally") tried to remove. We will definately use them again this spring for a whole house, spring cleaning!!

The service was great. The workers were very clean and professional. They came out and did a full inspection before they gave an estimate. They were knowledgeable and on time.

They are wonderful. They are reasonable and prompt. They are friendly and courteous and I give them the highest remarks. When I need something I can call them and they get to me as soon as possible.

Arrived on time. Explained carpet cleaning and treatment options. Listened to concerns about stained areas. Overall excellent quality on carpet cleaning.

It was a great encounter with a business for a change and they did such a wonderful job. It didn't take near as long as I thought either especially for doing such a wonderful job. I would defintely recommend Color Pro to any one. My carpet looked brand new again. The owner of the company was very friendly and personable too. I even recieved a Thank you card afterwards in the mail!!!

On time,a reasonable price, personable, professional and an excellent job. The carpet was dry in three hours. What more can you ask for?

I contacted Russell to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. He gave me his fee schedule and we agreed on a time. In speaking wth him over the phone he was very professional and upfront with any costs that may sneak up. He was at our home on time and was professional. He evaluated the areas to be cleaned (stairs, landing, and two children's bedrooms), he noticed that the carpet was quite wrinkled. He explained he could do a quick "knock the wrinkles out" stretching or he could perform the full, warrantied stretching. I explained that we plan on replacing the carpet in few years after our youngest is finished potty training and we just want to do the least expensive of them. He was not judgmental that I chose the lesser of the options. His assistant got to work sweeping the baseboards and vacuuming while he started stretching the carpet. They then washed with a non-soap cleaner and used a steam to rinse out all the detergent. We only had him clean the traffic areas - as we plan to replace in a few years when the kids are a little older. They left at approx 3pm and the carpet was mostly dry by bedtime that night. The carpet looks much cleaner, but more so it feels so much softer. All the stains from the pets and children are gone as well as the dark spots in the high traffic areas. The "knock wrinkles out" was just what we needed to keep the carpet from bunching up. Overall, I was very pleased with Russell. I was curious about how he stretches the carpet so he explained the process as he worked. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home and would recommend him to a friend. I did not smell any harsh chemicals or cigarette smoke.
