They accepted the job and made promises to do a better job than anyone I had before. In Fact the Husband promised to Clean the house the first time free of charge so they could prove their work. We set up an appointment for the following Monday, this was a Friday evening. Monday came and I waited and waited they never came. I texted them and they told me they had changed their mind and couldn't take on my house. Giving me no notice at all that they were not planning on coming.

I think it went fine. They came and gave me and estimate, based on square footage, requested I sign an agreement and give them either a key or my garage code for future services. They noted in my house all the places my former house cleaner had missed and gave me a very good impression they would take care of it all! Floors, handwashing chandeliers (wow!), carpets, changing sheets, cleaning kitchen, garbage, etc. I was quite excited for the service seemed above and beyond what the price indicated. After the first (and only) cleaning, I was disappointed. They had made "major league plays" but had overlooked minor league requirements. The floor was not swept. The bathrooms floors and corners were not clean. Cobwebs were still clinging to the corners (I had left them purposefully). Our beds looked great, the kitchen sparkled and it smelled pretty good, but when I had to re-sweep after they left, I was pretty bummed. When I asked them about this (they say the LOVE critical comments), they said my house takes more time than they expected and they didn't get to everything they wanted to in the allotted time. One day later, I received a text message from them, saying they had to let ME go, for they didn't have the space available like they thought to clean my house. Beware. All show, no go.

The initial clean was awesome! For less than I'd paid the previous folks this team cleaned our house extremely well. The caught the details that the previous folks missed entirely.

They are professional and on time. Their price is excellent. They come out every two weeks.

We had been using Panther Enterprises for about a year. They are a husband and wife team that works in the Tyler, Tx. area. When they first started cleaning our home we were very pleased. They would arrive on time and leave the home looking nice. However about 4 months ago things started to change. The bathrooms weren't being cleaned and the floors throughout the house looked horrible. One time after a cleaning they had spilled a sticky substance in several areas on the floor and didn't clean it up before leaving. I went ahead and mopped the floors and didn't say anything. Over time the quality of thier cleaning just keep getting worse. The last straw was when they didn't even bother to sweep or mop the floors. I brought it to thier attention and sent them photos of all the floors throughout the home which clearly showed all the dirt and footprints. I then requested they come back the following day and clean the floors and was told they had other appointments. I feel they are more interested in the quantity of homes they can clean in a day instead of the quality of thier work anymore.

Outstanding! Very thorough and professional cleaning company. Service was performed as described, plus completed additional "little" things like sweeping porches and garage. Great communication between company and customer. They aim to please and welcome feedback.

I was very impressed by the professional manner of this cleaning service. I recieved an accurate estimate. This is more a professional cleaning service rather than a maid service. She has a checklist of things to do each visit. She works in a sequential manner that optimises her time. I am impressed by how much is cleaned each time. I highly recomend this for anyone who needs cleaning done.

There crew showed up around 9 am brought there cleaning supplys in started in one room and before I knew it withen a few hours had gone through the whole house never had I seen the fossets in the bathroom shine so bright or the floors look so clean I felt as if i could eat from them dont worry got a table though.
