Description of Work: I have tried to use several cleaning services, but I was never satisfied with the results.I have 3 large dogs in the house, and they bring in lots of dirt and allergens plus massive amounts of dander.This couple cleaned my house in record time,and did a FANTASTIC job. Though I initially thought the cost was high, I feel it was well worth it, and the cost for return visits monthly is very reasonable. I have asked them to come back to keep my clean house on a monthly basis. Lisa

So sorry [removed members name]! We not only did not receive a message from our angieslist business message center, but we also had no email in our christiancleaning@sbcglobal.net in box. Angieslist has no record of any correspondence. We would have obviously responded if we received one. Thanks, and again, I apologize, but we can't respond to something we never received.

Description of Work: Over priced and horrible cleaning job. The copious dust bunnies under the bed along with dryer sheets were not touched. Dusting was way less than good; defeating bowls weren't wiped out. They seemed less that trust worthy, but that is personal impression.

Response from Christian Cleaning
In response to this member's comments, we would like to say this. First, our price was mutually agreed upon before services were performed. As for her comment of a "horrible cleaning job", we have a "guarantee of service warantee".If any customer of ours feels we missed anything, all they need to do is call us and will gladly rectify the situation within 24 hours. We never had any call. As far as the "copious" dust bunnies", a dry floor mop as well as a Kirby with attachments were used under all furniture. We have no idea what dryer sheets she is talking about - nothing was mentioned. Our dusting was impecciable. There were 3 people for 3 hours (9 man hours). This house was ridden with cob webs and dust bunnies. What are defeating bowls? As for the last and most important comment this member made, we take a personal afront to this. Since she does not know us and was not there, how can she state that we are not trustworthy? She gave us a house key, which she told us to keep and took off for the weekend leaving us there alone. When she came back into town, she called and lied to us and stated that her neighbor needed the key. We have never had an Angie's List member do this. Many Craig's list customers have lied to us, but never an Angie's List member. If she felt, at that time, that we were not trustworthy, why would she have given us a key to keep and taken off for the weekend. Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? We find this last comment defamation of character, liable and slander. We have 36 regular customers. If any Angie's List member would like any or all of them phone numbers, we would be more than happy to supply them. They will gladly attest to our honesty. I guess basically, we are confused, as she stated she would hire us again?????
