First off this customer was NOT charged $800.00. From the looks of the house, it had not been cleaned in many years. It took us an entire weekend in October of 2014 to get this house clean. They seemed very happy with our work. If there was something that we missed, they should have addressed it a year and a half ago. On the issue of punctuality, we are ALWAYS punctual. We are the best service in Tyler, and have been number one since September of 2010.

We were there every time we should have been. Never a complaint. Member was informed that she was out of our service area, but asked if we could please take her on. After a number of calls from her, we agreed. The night before we were scheduled to clean we called to confirm. Some extended family member said she went on vacation to Europe. Our policy is that there is a rescheduling/cancellation charge for five or less days notice. This is because we have a strict schedule, a geographical area we work certain days, and we refuse work if it conflicts with our regular customers. In her case, we told her upon arrival back in the states that since we had less than 24 hours notice, we would have to charge 80% of her cleaning before we could continue service. Member did like that and discontinued service. If we did not have this policy we would never be able to adhere to our schedule as customers would just switch at will with no regard for our schedule or service area. We are sorry customer had no regard for our time. When dealing with the public as much as we do, we'll once in a great while get a lack of mutual respect. Description of Work: I hired CHRISTIAN Cleaning Service because one of my friends recommended them. I was glad I took her advice. After they deep cleaned my home the first time and I saw the job they did I knew I found the right people for me. My home looks fantastic and smells wonderful. I highly recommend this company.
