Description of Work: Three hours of labor they would not do anything else until I paid them more money. It is a very long story going over two months. They have 4,600.00 of my money for a job they never finished. Refused to finish until I paid up front for labor. Tony called to say he was coming to set the poles for the fence but he needed money up front. I told him I would pay him when he was finished. He said no money would not work. I ask him to bring the fencing I had paid for. Never got it. Called him one more time he did not call me back.
