Description of Work: I called carpet mark because we were interested in putting in wood tile it displays on there website that they offer that service the guy came the same day and measured and called back after he left and said he was unable to do the job cause he didn't know how to do the wood tile very well....ummm ok dont advertise it then!!!

+ 0 moreThe did a great job. I called and they arranged to come out the next Monday to provide an estimate of the cost of the project. After picking out the tile, they had a crew out to my house on Thursday to remove the old flooring and begin laying the tile. They came out the next day with the grout and completed the project. The floor looks great. We were concerned about not having the floor done in time to host our family at Christmas, but they completed the job from start to finish in less than a week. I was very pleased with every aspect of this company's work.
Description of Work: The company removed old flooring from the kitchen and installed new tile floor. The flooring they removed had been down for many years.

Description of Work: They came and ripped out our flooring (wood & all) and put new flooring back down. Done a great job, very nice people and company.

They went the extra mile to get the work done when I needed it (almost immediately). Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately and fixed; no arguments, no excuses, it was refreshing to deal with true craftsmen. I will use these guys again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

We plan to have the same flooring (vinyl wood-look plank flooring) installed in another room in our house in the spring. We couldn't be happier with the product or the service!

It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The workers arrived on time and had the floor installed in our large room in less than a day.
