Seemed friendly. He disconnected the air hose to our middle tank. He asked me outside to take a picture of the hose and said it was already that way but wouldn't cause a problem. I just might want to have it checked. I now know our septic wouldn't have ran for three years otherwise. My husband was not here. Our house started smelling about a week later, so he called today and they confirmed they disconnect that hose so it won't blow in their face. He brought up that they told me to take pictures, so felt that covered their decision to leave it that way. My house will smell for days. Use this company at your own risk. We are lucky we reconnected it in time.

Excellent. Crew answered all my questions, did a thorough job, and picked up after themselves. One small quibble is that they weren't definite on when they would be arriving, but this wasn't an issue for me. Good price, I got service the same day I called. Very pleased with Candy Sanitation and would recommend them to others.

He did a great job and it was a great price. I've asked him if he could replace that and he was not trying to sell me on. He put a chord in place and put up an access on top of it for me to be easy to pump the tank and he did the whole thing for me for only 150 dollars. I would probably use them forever.

We noticed that drain lines were beginning to backup whenever the washing machine was used. So we knew it was time make a phone call. Driver arrived about 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, was very professional and curteous. Found the lid of tanks immediately and no additional digging was required. Had both tanks pumped and grease trap cleaned in less than 1 hour. Will definetly use company again whenever needed.

Excellent. The phone scheduler was kind and did not charge us an emergency fee for same day service. The driver was professional and prompt. Everything went perfectly and we were very happy.
