We just moved into a house in Tyler. We needed to get a water line run to our refrigerator. We called them at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon to try and make an appointment, The lady on the phone checked and we had the appt. set for 3 that afternoon. Kenny and his helper actually called shortly after 2, and were at the house by about 2:30. They put a copper line in instead of the flexible line since it had to run behind the dishwasher. They worked quickly, were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They also found the time to try and give us some helpful info on the Tyler area. If we have need for more plumbing work, this will definitely be the company we call. I should also say that giving them a B for price might be slightly unfair as I am judging their prices against prices at our previous home in Ohio.

He was in and out of here in no time and AC was working great.

They got it fixed and they didn't take their time. We had to pay by the hour and they didn't waste anytime. They were friendly and polite.

They were actually closed on 12/26, but that did not stop Kenny (the absolute best). They came when they said they would, and even called to keep me posted on arrival time, and when actually on the way. The second day Kenny was joined by Jason because they had to dig in my front yard and use heavier equipment. Just as great, they explained everything before they completed each step, and I always knew exactly what was going on and why. Kenny was a whirlwind. Everything was done so quickly, but thoroughly. Thank you to C Woods, Kenny, and Jason. Great job.

I called C Woods at 5:30 PM on a Sunday evening.The technician,Donald,arrived at my house at 6:30 PM had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 7:00 PM.I would definitly call and use C Woods again for my plumbing problems or projects.The quality of work was great.

They unclogged the drain. Very policie serviceman; knowledgeable.

I had them locate a water leak under the foundation in my house. It was located under a water heater, inside or under the slab foundation. They gave me 2 options for a fix, with different prices. One option was to jackhammer the concrete, go in and fix the leak and put new concrete back - but that would also entail messing up the tile in the bathroom. The 2nd option was to replumb the hot water to the laundry room and kitchen from that water heater through the walls and ceiling and while it was about $700 more, they wouldn't have to mess with jackhammering or my replacing tile, etc... We went with that option and they did a very professional job. They did it quickly too. From the time they arrived, I think they were done in about 4 hours total and that included running the hot water to a washing machine and 3 different sinks in 3 different rooms. I used the Angie's 10% off coupon and that saved me about $250, so Angie's subscription has already paid for itself several times over.

I am from Tyler but was visiting my Mom who recently broke her leg. My brother and I decided to get some things in her house repaired while I was visiting last weekend. Donald got to my Moms house about 5:30 and immediately went to work. He unjammed the disposal in just a few minutes and quickly moved on to replacing the kitchen sink faucet. That went pretty smoothly. Then on to the bathtub which turned out to be a doozy. Not one time did he give me any indication that he was having trouble. He just kept finding things that were old and worn out. Not even when I walked in the hall bath and found him inside the back wall of the linen cabinet. He was in control of each and every little snag. It took him exactly as long as he predicted. A very professional and all around nice guy. His Mother should be extremely proud of how he has turned out, and he seems to really take pride in his work. He left at 11:15 pm and I fully expected to see wings sprout as he walked to his truck. Thanks Donald!!

Called first thing Monday morning and set up appointment for that afternoon, because I had to go to work. The tech called me at 2 because he finished early, asking if I wanted him to come early. We met at the house, and he worked for about an hour and a half. He was polite, and left the utility room neat and clean when he was done.

The toilet in the master bath was running and was driving my wife crazy; nothing worse than a mad wife. Although I have lived in Tyler for 16 years, I really didn't have a "go to" plumber. I saw a commercial last night for Angie's List and I joined this morning at 8:00AM. C Woods (who I have heard of and possibly used before) had good ratings. I called them at 8:30AM, and they said they could handle this before noon. At 9:00AM, a service guy called my wife and said he would be right over; he arrived at 9:15AM - looked at the problem, gave me an estimate, fixed the toilet and was out of the house by 10:00AM. Superb service! I now have a "go to" plumber.

On Thursday 8/4/2011 I called to get an estimate and time frame on a new water heater for lake house. The dispatcher referred me to one individual who listened to my "wants and needs" and said he'd put an estimate together and call me back. Later that evening, about supper time, another individual called and apologized for being late but stated he ran late on one job and was on his way. I explained it was too late to get started that evening and we could wait until the next day. I told him the first man had never called back with the estimate and this gentleman (the second one) didn't know anything about the first. Now we're both confused. He said he'd find out who the first one was and get back to me. I didn't hear anything from anybody on Friday, didn't really expect to over the weekend and had to be out of town all day Monday. When I returned Monday evening there was no message on the answering machine so I pretty much wrote them off. I had given them my house phone and cell phone numbers so there was plenty of opportunity to get in touch. Tuesday I woke up and decided that if they were that unorganized I might be better off calling someone else. Which I did (see my other report).

To tell you the truth I want re-new this agreement nor will I tell others to do any business with C. Woods.

Richard, the service man, came at the exact time he quoted. What a plesant experience. He had to come back the next day with a part and did not charge for another service fee. I will never use anyone but them again! Amazing service...courtreous, prompt, cleaned up after himself and they all went above and beyond. Found and fixed a problem in bathroom sink we didn't even know we had. Thought was a slow clogged drain, and in fact it was a rusted out pipe leaking everywhere! How's that for excellent! We will call them again for everything.

The work that they did was fine. I was pleased with their work. I would use them again in the future.

re-pipe job was done well. damage done to sprinkler system at front of the house.......after several ( at least 4) phone calls nothing has been done to fix what they had broken. They didn't have to wait for their payment but fixing their damage isn't quite as important!!!!!

I set up a time for them to come out and give an estimate for a fireplace. On the morning that we were supposed to meet they called and said that they would not be able to make it. We then postponed it, and they did not even have the courtesy to call me back. I didn’t use them.

Very professional, he didn't even mind our children asking questions and running around the kitchen while he worked.
