This company is excellent at communication and makes sure that you know what your tech looks like, what his interests are (gives you something to talk about right away). Their prices are reasonable and they completed my job in 1.5 hours as promised, including delivering 2 new toilets, installing and taking away the old ones! I just called them again for another job. Highly recommend!

I don't know if my rating for "value for money" is fair or not. I would need an estimate from another company to know that. They were timely, professional, courteous and did a good job. I thought the price was outrageous, but I have to admit that I have never had a plumbing job where the price wasn't outrageous, so I am clearly out of touch on that. They came when I needed them and I will be calling on them for any future jobs.
