When my new washer & dryer were delivered & installed a water leak was found & shut off. I was told to call a plumber. C. Woods Company came out, tightened the fittings & didn’t charge me. I was blown away! I’ll call them every time there’s a need! Just, WOW!

A plumber was dispatched to diagnose my tankless water system, and the issue was resolved quickly. Pricing was fair, and the tech explained in detail the repair that was needed. I’d definitely hire them again if the need arises. Thank you!!

They came and were here fifteen (15) minutes and charged me $318.82 for a diagnostic. I would not recommend this woods to anyone.

Plumber arrived without his helper who called off for the day. This left him short handed as he needed to get on the roof to clear the kitchen drain through the roof vent. He couldn’t do it because the equipment was too heavy to haul up the ladder by himself. So he overcame the issues by using other equipment and got the job done from inside the kitchen and charged us less. The only complaint is one simple kitchen drain clog (less than 30 min) still cost over $400. Seems excessive?

Not the cheapest bud, but I’m glad I chose them. Replacement of my aging compressor and air handler was done the same day the technicians—particularly Ray—were courteous and efficient.
